Ebooks are not returnable, as there is no way for you to give them back. However, we will make an exception*. We want our readers to be satisfied.
*Only once. Receipt must be provided.

Shipping

Ebooks are instant downloads, unless it is a preorder. When the preorder is released, you will receive an email with a link to a download page on this site.
Physical items are shipped monthly, usually near the end. The average order takes 4-8 weeks.
